In the Dostoevsky Museum (beginning from 1971) a large collection of graphic works has been acquired. It includes the illustrations to Dostoevsky's works and art pieces inspired by his creative activities. A big part of the collection contains various portraits of the writer made by the artists both in Dostoevsky's lifetime and after his death, all the way up to the present. The Graphic Fund collection totals 94 Dostoevsky's graphic portraits.
